We want you to love your MZ Wallace purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked and insured delivery.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and dust bags are included before sealing the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
